IT training (basic email and web)

I want to learn how to create email shots that incorporate images etc within the body of the email itself rather than as an attached PDF.
I would also like help with understanding the instructions left by our website designer for making modifications to the website.

I imagine one day will be enough for the tuition

I live and work in SW9 in south London but am happy to travel.
