Invoice program (I have 5 websites and need 1 program that will do and print invices for all)

I have 5 websites and what i would like is a program i could click on then check a box to say which website the invoice will come from (auto print that website invoice with that logo) all invoices can look the same however the checking of a box for which website would include the logo of the website clicked!

I am not great with any of this stuff however have been told it could be set up in under an hour! i need it either stored on computer or on cd as will need to add it to various computers as our sales team grows!

I appreciate this could be the wrong catagory to seek this proffessional and also i know there are invoice programs out there for like $9.95 for invoicing however i am kind of lazy when it comes to figuring stuff out so if you can do what i need i will pay.
