Interface HX711 scales with Adafruit Bluetooth Module NRF51822

A:I have the HX711 scales module with 4 load cells working OK with output via USB to my laptop with the Adafruit Metro UNO IDE sketch attached
B: I have the Adafruit Bluefruit NRF 51822 Bluetooth Module working Ok and able to control from my iPad with the AdaDRUIT app RELAYS attached to the Metro Uno (see example sketch attached)
C: I want to connect the scales weight output I now have on the USB port of my laptop to the Bluetooth module so I can display the weights wirelessly on my iPad
