Interactive Browser-based Chat-Window Game - HTML CSS Javascript

We are looking for a bespoke piece of web development which allows the user to enter text inputs and see the results of their action live in an adjacent panel.

The basic concept is two adjacent Windows 95 windows.

Left-hand panel:

A 45 minute timer which counts down
A text box ‘System Information’ which has its text updated based on the user inputs
A gif/image box ‘Device Diagnostic’ which is updated based on the user inputs

Right-hand panel:

Title

Scrollable chat box which our character Claire and our player communicate in. We need this to allow sending of hyperlinks that open in other tabs as well.

Bottom is a text box for user inputs and a send button.


When the user types information into the chat box and presses send, the message is displayed in the chat box, then they are ‘written back to’ by the system based on what they have said and at some points information in the left-hand panel will be updated based on their inputs as well.
