Integrate Pay Pal Pro & Cardinal Cruise 3DS solution

Our eCommerce site currently uses Pay Pal Pro & an old version of 3D secure via Cardinal. Cardinal are implementing 3DS 2.0 this year under their name Cardinal Cruise. This project is to implement the new 3DS version using their latest code along side Pay Pal's latest API specifications. All code must work with PHP 5.6 unto PHP 7.3.
