Integrate Ometria with Bigcommerce (API, Middleware)

We are migrating from Magento 1 to a new BigCommerce site that will be launching mid-February. A middleware application is required to push BigCommerce data (e-commerce platform) to Ometria (CRM & Email tool).

- This app will use BigCommerce’s API suite (Catalog, Customers & Order API’s)
- This store data will connect to Ometria’s data API, utilising the push API to pass:
- Contact – New & Updates
- Orders – New & Update
- Products – Full Refresh & Updates
- Will use Ometria’s ‘Fetch list of Profiles’ to intermittently retrieve profile updates (unsubscribes/profiles changes) to update BigCommerce.
- Historical data will be pulled first in bulk. Will test on a staging Ometria account and once working, will move to live Ometria account.
- Implement the Ometria javascript interaction tracking API to track page views and interaction events.
