Integrate Market Intelligence Data into Bubble Dashboards

Display real-time market data (average price per sqft, market changes, and alerts) from an external AWS API directly within our existing Investor and Wealth Manager dashboards in Bubble.io.

Key Deliverables:

1. API Connector Setup: Configure a Bubble API Connector to call our AWS API endpoint.
- Endpoint: GET from specific url
- Parameters: Must accept dynamic project and type (e.g., ?project=residential&type=apartments).

2. Dashboard Widgets:
- Create new, visually appealing widgets/sections on both the Investor and Wealth Manager dashboards.
- Market Trend Overview: Show current average price per sqft, percentage change from previous snapshot, and "last updated" timestamp for specific market segments (starting with "Residential - Apartments"). Include a simple visual indicator (up/down arrow, color-coded).
- Market Alerts Display: List any triggered market alerts (events) from the API, showing segment, change, and timestamp. Display a "no alerts" message if none.

3. Data Refresh: Implement a simple refresh mechanism (e.g., update data on first user login daily, or if cached data is older than 12-24 hours).

4. Error Handling: Gracefully handle API failures (display a user-friendly message, no broken UI).

Requirements:

- Strong experience with Bubble.io, especially API Connector and UI/UX design.
- Ability to work with dynamic data and display it clearly.

Payment / Conditions:

- No-Cure-No-Pay Basis: Payment will be released upon successful demonstration of working deliverables within the Bubble app.
- No High Deposits: Requests for large upfront deposits will be declined. A small, reasonable milestone payment can be discussed, but the core principle is results-based collaboration.
