Installation package for a desktop application

We need a freelancer to create a silent installation package for our desktop application. We will provide a the installation process and we expect all this processes to be part of the installation package for the application

Application is written in c++ and it integrates with a windows service which has a separate installtion process/steps

We need the installtion package to be silent so we can install while target pc is in use.
Target PC windows7 32bit
