Improvement of an existing R script

I have to improve a perfectly functioning R script, to increase the automation of it and to add some functions. This script is used in plant breeding, and simulates the values of the offspring of a cross between two parents. I would like to have the script running through a list with two columns and 23 rows of parental lines, and record all the data in an intuitively organized excel sheet.
I am sure that for anyone with good experience in R this job is quite easy and probably doesn't require more than four hours, for real, if I knew a little more about programming I would have managed myself already. You can tell me how you prefer the datasets to be shared. I am willing to help as much as I can in this process, with what I know about the script and my limited programming knowledge. If I am satisfied with the outcome, and it comes within a day, I swear I'll pay extra 50$ in addition to the 100$.
