Impliment and adjust web template for new website

We are creating a new website and need the following work done

1)We have found a web template that fits our requirements and would like it installing on our server.

2)Im unsure if the template has a content management system so this may also need installing.

3)We will also need our logo adding to the template

4)A Few minor adjustments made to headings.

4) Site linked to domain name

Im looking for somebody to complete all this items for a fixed price.
