Implement name mapping class

I've stubbed out a C# class with unit tests in the git repo below. I need the two methods completing - one that loads the CSV and transforms it into the class structure provided and a second that does the name mapping so that the various unit tests pass.

I've priced this based on what it's worth to me, so please don't bid if the amount isn't worth it, I expect this task could be done in under an hour. I am looking for someone to be able to pass pass similar tasks to in the future.
