Image capture software using Canon EDSDK - IDEALLY ESSEX/LONDON BASED

We are looking to develop a piece of software using the Canon EDSDK to capture a series of images.

The Software will then need to take 4 of the images to create a layout in jpeg format to be printed. Finally using the remaining images, the software will then create 5 more layouts in the same format, then stitch them together into a GIF or MP4 (to be discussed with the developer).

I have attached a rough workflow guide to try and make it clearer what we want to achieve. We are looking for someone based near to us (Essex / London) so we can discuss the project possibly in person and so we are able to supply the appropriate hardware for testing.

The software will also need to be integrated with our payment system, which we have software for already written in C#, this should hopefully make it a bit more straight forward!

I have put a budget of £500 on the job, but realistically i'd be looking to have a chat with the developer to better understand the time requirements/cost of this project.

For the right developer there may also be a further project.
