Image Annotation Tools For Current Site

Hi, i need a little working on a testing project i am doing, please see it at www.test505.tk , its an image viewer, i need to add some annotation editing tools, such as add, Text, Arrow, Draw, Line, without touching or modifying the original image, like a layer on top, should be able to save these annotations into a file (XML/SVG/JSON) in which can be uploaded for further editing.
