I want to create an ico(initial coin offer) website like bitconnect or hextracoin

Please if you don't have a clear knowledge of how bitcoin,ethereum,initial coin offer and how other crypto currencies works as a programmer please respect yourself and stay off this project.. This project is an initial coin offer of xxxxx which is just like bitconnect,hextracoin,gold rewards and other ico.. I repeat if you haven't done such project before please don't apply.. I don't want a trial and error job so people/investors don't lose monies

The ico project is broken down into
1) website creation which include
2) implementation of bitcoin and Ethereum payment processing gateways(api) for purchase of coin. The marketing of the ico is our responsibility.
3) actual launch and sales of coin. Whitepaper and roadmap will be created by me..
4) creation and distribution of coins,also the coin must have mining capability/features.
5) internal exchange platform just like it's currently on hextracoin.co
6)launch of lending Platform
7)The coin at stage will be launched on coin market exchange platforms like hitbtc.com, bitter, coinexchange.io

I repeat if you can't do this project don't apply.. money is hard to get.. The developer gets 5% of total ico funds raised and also 2% of total ico coins to be sold. Total funds to be raised will be above $10M..
