I need Zap set up to parse Resume Data to CRM

I seek a skilled automation expert to build a Zapier workflow to extract resume data from documents. The goal is to streamline our applicant tracking process by automatedly inputting candidate information into our project management software.

Specifically, resumes submitted in PDF and Microsoft Word format by applicants are stored in a shared Google Drive folder. I need a Zap built that will monitor this folder for new additions or changes. When a file is added or edited, the Zap should parse the document to retrieve fields like the applicant's name, contact details, experience summary, education history, and skills. This extracted data must then be used to automatically create new items within a specified board in our Monday.com account. The items should be pre-populated with the applicable fields from the resumes so we can easily track applicants through our CRM and collaboration tools.

Speed and reliability are important as resumes continue arriving. The workflow therefore needs to be thoroughly tested to ensure it can handle varying document formats and field structures across resumes. It is also critical that the extracted data is mapped accurately to the corresponding fields within Monday.com. Given our urgent hiring needs, this automation project requires completion within a very tight 24 hour timeline. The ability to deliver on time while still implementing best practices for quality is paramount.
