I need to set up Google Adwords for the Softoolkit project

We are creating an online database of all currently existing software for the translation industry. Softoolkit.com is the only community-driven resource for the latest information on translation tools. Our mission is to help translators around the globe make their work more creative and rewarding by automating the monotonous part of the translation process.

We need to set up Google Adwords for this project. It should be preferably banner advertising.

The target audience is Europe and North America.
