I need to set up a (virtual) machine with a complete toolchain for Nordic's nrf51xxx

We are looking for a developer for a single task project. We need to provide all of our developers with the same development environment, so we are looking for someone that will prepare a full system image / virtual machine with the following softwares and features pre-installed and configured

- Ubuntu x64

- Eclipse for C/C++

- GNU ARM toolchain

- ability to step-debug with a Jlink SWD USB debugger

- .git + .git GUI connected to hosted repo crypted with https://github.com/spwhitton/git-remote-gcrypt (or equivalent system for remote encryption)

- a global configuration file to set up all keys and details of the machine for each user

other preinstalled tools might be needed, such as serial logger, etc.
