General information for the website: On completion of a very simple user form, I would like an email to be sent to the recipient.
Description of every page/module: On completion of a very simple user form, I would like an email to be sent to the user.
The email is to contain a 3 page PDF document, each page is to contain an image, with text added. The text and images will change dependant on the responses within the user form. There are 9 potential Image/Text outcomes.
