    Hi,
    I would like to ask you if you are restricted to Arduino, since I have developed a similar before using two (fail-over support) channels :
    1- TATUNG GSM Modem connected to Desktop Application.
    2- REST API SMS Web Service .

    Hi, I have checked the pdf, so basically we need to connect a button to Arduino and a gsm, so that when they press the button a incremental number and is generated and sent to users . Is this all it is ? Please message me.
