Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of every module: we would like to create some forms that have a function where at the end the user can click submit and the forms are mailed to the respective recipient.
Description of requirements/functionality: the forms should have fields to insert quantities and have a submit button
OS requirements: Mac OS

    Hi Kasim,

    I have few questions:
    - Where do you want the forms to sit ? on your website or independently on some server?
    - What kind of Forms are they ?
    - How many Fields are we capturing ? Can i see the form?
    - What is the DB to capture the data?
    - Is it suppose to send the captured information in some specific format via email?
