I need someone to develop the chat section of our app

Description of requirements/functionality: Hello, we are currently developing an app for iOS and we would like to add a "chat" section to it so that out users are able to chat with each other and discuss further. Its a very simple chat, only one to one. No further options are needed such as sending images, videos... Only notification function is needed. Our database is stored in "Parse". We gain access to it via Sashido.io
