The proposed framework for provisioning services of big data gathered from social media on the cloud. See Figure 2. Moreover, the proposed framework is divided into four layers: Distributed Data Sources layer, Data processing layer, Cloud computing layer, and service provisioning layer. The first layer shows the data accessible on social media can be gathered from distributed data sources through API's to download and sent them for data processing. The data processing layer contains five input steps: First, Data Cleaning is performed to remove inconsistency from the data to improve the quality of data. Second, Data Integration is the combination of data from multiple sources to be converted into unified format for big data transmission and exchange into the cloud. Third, Data Transformation converts the format of data sources to the format of the destination sources. Forth, Data Reduction aims to minimize the big data needed into data storage. Finally, Data Summarization the process of collecting the data in an accurately without information losing.
The cloud computing layer represents the deployment model, which is the private cloud. The private cloud uses two types of service model: PaaS (Platform as a Service) model and SaaS (Software as a Service) model. Moreover, The PaaS model used to develop, run, and manage web application and provide application server through private cloud. The SaaS model used to provide application software (on-demand) to the users, which is make the application available over the web. Finally, the service provision layer allows the user to access an interface to filter data on social media with the aid of big data analytics and cloud computing. In addition, the user Interface provides service to end user such as: big data storage and retrievals, big data integration. Etc. This framework allows us to provide data in specialized services and to deliverer them in a usable and readable format.
