I need someone to develop a google chrome plugin

General information for the website: It is a google chrome plugin I need, not a website
Description of requirements/features: What I need developed is a plugin similar to Qmee, in the way that people can earn money from it, however this will place banner ads on either the top or the bottom of their web browser.

The plugin will create an icon on the taskbar of google chrom next to where you type in website urls. If the person clicks on it, it will show them how much money they have earned, they will have the option to move the banner ad to either the top or bottom and finally to minimise it (so get it off of their screen and then they can bring it back up).

It needs to be connected to accounts with advertising companies such as double click etc and I will need help with that.

The people will be paid via paypal and that will be an option on the plugin as well, payout via paypal

They will not be told however whenever they click on an ad we make money, which they obviously know, but every time they click on them a proportion will go to them and their balance will go up and they'll see it next time they click on the plugin icon.

Also the ads that appear, if possible (in our hands), should be tailored to what they are looking at, so change with the sites they're on and things that they have searched.


I have no specified deadline for this, however sooner is better than later, as I do not know how long it will take you etc.
