I need my art gallery functionaliys expertyly redesigned

my website is www.artviayou.com. on there we have a gallery page, on that gallery page i want a fully functional art gallery feed for example the way deliveroo or ubereats works and you can sign in from anywhere and it tells you the closest place you can eat from,i want this page to show the closest art gallerys you can go to worldwide, so i would want i would need a cataloge of data to be implicated with all the different art gallerys and i need a feed page designed that shows you the information about the closest art gallerys to you for example what time it closes, what is the current exhibition showing at this time and a option to leave feedback , this is a complex job i need someone who understands what i need no time wasters.
i need you to work on the gallery page of the website, for which we will be creating a mock-up design. The gallery page will have list of the galleries/exhibitions open around the user's location, when user clicks on a listing, he will be navigated to a gallery detail page where the complete details for the gallery, along with timings and locations would be shown to the user. User can also comment or give feedback on the detail page of the gallery.
Gallery information will be provided by the artist from his dashboard and would only be listed after admin's approval
