I need help building a multi-step javascript box

Hi, I need help tweaking and perfecting my multi-step javascript box for my Wordpress site. I have already built the basics of the box, and have a general understanding of CSS, HTML and Javascript. There are certain functionality and design elements I woudl like to get right and am lacking the skills.

I need your help to get the box right, ideally I woudl like to work on it using Team Viewer (or other) and you can help me build what i want whilst I learn from you.
