Description of every module: The EA will need to run on MT4 and be fully controllable
Description of requirements/functionality: The EA will need to refer to the Relative Strength Index for its information.
Inputs needed: RSI sell level
RSI buy level
Throttle option (no repeat signal for x minutes)
Sliding stop level (not a trailing stop - option to move the stop by x pips once the price has moved x pips)
Instrument list (EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY, XAG/USD etc)
