I need an expert in PHP codeigniter

Hi,

I am looking for an expert in PHP codeigniter to implement the below changes on my online bidding website.

1) Add a GDPR message on the homepage and customer landing page if different from homepage (ex: This website uses cookies in order to improve your browsing experience. By continuing to use our website, your are agreeing to the use of cookies).

2) In the admin panel in the backend: at present, customers only receive an email after their first credit package purchase. However, we would like to send a message / email for all their credit purchases.

3) In the admin panel in the backend, send the winning email in the customer's personal inbox instead of their account inbox.

4) Integrate Paypal payment in the website

5) Edit the message on the credit purchase page : reduce the monthly membership amount (TBC)

6) Optimize the search results in the backend as it is difficult to find customers (i.e.: by name full or part of it, date, email address)

7) Add a search option to find the customer details in the Communication management in the backend (this is when they are sent messages from the internal system)

8) Resolve a payment issue triggering a glitch in our system, where customers whose payment failed once or several times at first, and who will be charged in the future, their account will have no trace of any payment and therefore they will not have any bids credited.
