I need an expert in Bayesian Statistics and the R programming language

i have a fully-functioning R script that implements Bayesian estimation of a statistic commonly used in the quantitative social sciences called the Polychoric Correlation Coefficient. although my Gibbs sampler and everything works correctly (i think) i cannot get the appropriate estimates. i certainly need someone with a better knowledge of Bayesian Statistics and the R programming language than myself.

if you're a statistician, applied mathematician, quantitative analyst and would like to help me review my code, please bid. i am looking for a long-term business relationship with someone who can help me code simulations and implement statistical techniques developed in published literature.
