    So, you're asking random freelancers on the Internet to tell you whether or not it's safe to use Dr. Kafaee for facial surgery...? Maybe you should read that again...?

    Based on the above and based on the fact that the Dr's own face doesn't look that great (it looks weird), I would strongly suggest that you get the help of a medical professional before arranging surgery on your face (or any surgery for that matter).
