I need an asp.net application to creat collage made from upto 6 images into one image

Description of requirements/functionality: We need a simple web based .net application where we see a window the size of one image (e.g 4 inches wide by 6 inches high or 8 inches wide by 12 inches high). then we needd to pick a design where this windows will be cut inot either 4 pieces or 6 pieces in which images can then be dragged and dropped. we also nbeed cropping facility wheer if user wanst to crop tehy frist drag inot a windo fro cropping then after cropping they can drag it inot the 4 or 6 sections of the main window.

this application once compelte must be integratable wiht our .net application so we will ned full code and help in incorporation.
