Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of requirements/functionality: Android client has to attempt connection with a servlet in the same network using apache tomcat.
Client will then send a packet to the servlet with int8 number_to_send_to, int8 number_received_from, and string text_ message.
Upon receiving message, servlet has to forward the packet to number_to_send_to and upload the packet to mySQL with phpMyAdmin.
Application should have a alarm function that is event-based driven.
Requires the project to be done by 3rd april 2015
