I need a wireless captive portal coding.

Description of requirements/functionality: Web Application I am looking for someone to use PHP and MySQL to achieve the following: A client connects to an open hot spot, the software we use already allows us to capture the session for authentication before the user has internet access. We need to build a custom portal that will capture customer information, things like Name etc... And a mobile telephone number. Once the customer submits the form, we want an automatic verification SMS to be sent to the customer to verify the number and the portal to be waiting to accept the verification number. Once the client has successfully entered their randomly generated verification code, we want the portal to pass authenticate the MAC address of the user to the wireless control system, there is already an API to do this and seems very straight forward as most of the device information is captured before the user is presented with the capture portal. If this works well, there will be a following project for the same freelancer to compete which will include a back end system that will allow the business in which the customer has connected to directly SMS their customers from our portal.
