I need a very simple game made with similar mechanic to Track & Field

We want to make a simple/sharable game that promotes our new character Wolf Jenkins (an 8-bit type cartoon) .

The idea is to base the game mechanic on Track & Field Javelin

It’s a simple game

It would be great if the game could run on a phone, so preferably it wouldn’t be delivered in flash, but in html5 or another mobile-friendly format.

We can host the game.
What we need is a game that allows people to play the part of Wolf Jenkins so that they get the feel of the programme.

It would be great to have the game use social sign-in with scoring so that people share the game.
Description of requirements/features: We want the game to be web-based, ideally to allow people to play on their phones/tablets.
Extra notes: We are working on a tight timescale and need to try and get this done in a matter of days/weeks.
