I need a VBA program to convert MS Word text files to a specific text format

I run MS Word for Mac and spend a lot of time doing repetitive actions formatting text.

There is a series of steps I go through to convert documents into "Standard Manuscript Format", as described below.

I'm looking for someone to write a small VBA program, to run on Word for Mac 2011, that converts any text file into the format described below (a more longwinded guide *in* the actual finished format is attached as a pdf).

For clarity, here are the exact bits of formatting I need, in a set of 9 bullet points:

1. Text double spaced, 12 pt Courier New Font, black
2. Two whitespaces between each sentence (even sentences that end in " or ! or ?)
3. Two whitespaces after every colon :
4. Top, bottom, left, right margins 1 inch
5. All dashes and emdashes to be converted to two short dashes "--"
6. Document's text should begin in the middle of the first page
7. Paragraph leading indents of 0.5 inch
8. Left justified text (do not right-justify)
9. Any blank lines sandwiched by lines of text (ie, scene breaks) should be replaced with a line containing a centre-justified hash # character

I will need instructions on how to install and run this VBA program too.
