I need a student management system developed as a windows desktop application.

General information for the business: I am sponsoring the development of a student management system for an independent religious school. The system needs to have a user friendly interface developed in Windows Forms and a SQL Server backend for the data. The system does not need multi user security, rather a few named users with password security. The system needs to have some reporting capability. It will also require full documentation and instructions for setting it up. This work has been posted before and assigned to a developer who made a proposal, unfortunately the developer did not have the time to work on the project to complete it due to prior commitments on another project, however during the time it was worked on, progress has been made towards a good solution, this is reflected in the documents attached. Please note that if you have existing commitments on another project then I would prefer you not to apply for this project.
