I need a software programmer familiar with Word and Excel

There are two elements for the project.
The first is a data capture system (DCS) that will be able to send information to a secure area controlled by us. It will also be necessary for some elements to be updated from a secure area.
The DCS will be on the desktop of an individual’s computer and will be set to be unique to that individual. There will be 3 fixed elements that can only be changed by us in addition to the unique identifier to that account. There are then 4 more flexible input areas which will be updated over a period of time by the individual. This information is confidential and needs to be secure.
The users of the DCS are not trained in data input and are not to be considered to be skilled in computing skills. The interface needs to be easy to use and intuitive as well as looking simple and familiar.
The second element is the data manipulation system (DMS). This will need to take all the individual DCS input, segregate them by a number of factors and produce a number of unique documents for input in various formats to third party databases.
We believe the best environment for the project is in either Word or Excel with the data storage in Dropbox.
We are looking for a developer who can demonstrate an ability to work in a collaborative manner to produce and test a solution to the requirements above. An ability to communicate and document in English is essential.
