I need a small python project done

I have to create a program in python which uses data provided, organizes the data using dictionaries, and also "predicts" data and shows a visualization. All of the data is included in a file with some of the code already done for you. It should be a simple beginner-level project so I need it to be done using basic tools (functions, if-elif-else, dictionaries). I also have two guides to guide you through the process to the intended result. It shouldnt take too long, but I need it to be done rather quickly. Please let me know if you are interested.
