I need to create a client to broadcast a single packet that will be collected by a specific server software

Server that receives traffic is located here:
https://github.com/liskl/batrium-udp2http-bridge

Pick any packet type from the codebase send it as a broadcast UDP packet and have the server display the results on stdout.
