Description of requirements/functionality: A set of python scripts will be used for collecting data from a set of sources and storing results in a local database. Behavior of the script should be controlled by configuration file. Performance is not a top priority. Scripts are intended to operate 24/7 like for Twitter Streaming API or periodically like collecting weather info for location. This stored data is intended to be further manually analyzed by expert.
