I need a Script/Bot for automatic user registration on a website

General information for the business: We send students to UK Universities
Description of requirements/functionality: UK Universities use central application system called UCAS. All students have to apply to the Universities through this online application system. As a student agency we do this for our students. We need to create a Bot/Script which will take student details from our database and automatically apply them to UCAS. Bot has to go through each application step and submit the application. System does not use Captha Code validation. However, they use email verification through sending a verification code by email.
Deadline for this task will be 7 days from awarding the job.
Specific technologies required: Script has to be coded in PHP.
