I need a ruby class to be built to a read a bespoke pdf document

General information for the business: Aiming to provide a visual funds service.
Kind of development: New program from scratch
Num. of modules: 3
Description of every module: 1. a test module
2. a ruby class that takes a pdf in as an object and processes the data transferring the details taken from the pdf into another model for storage.
Description of requirements/functionality: The pdf reader coded in ruby should read the content of the tables and a model must be created to (Sqlite or Postgres) which would hold the values against the headers of the table.

In the example I have attached the headers are in grey at the top are:
Sector, Fund, 4week decile etc. there are 22 fields in all.

I would be happy if you are able to create a ruby class that reads this pdf document and holds the details in another model.
