I need a quick technical fix for a ComfyUI setup.
Environment:
• MacBook Pro M1 (32GB RAM)
• Stability Matrix installed
• ComfyUI installed through Stability Matrix
• FLUX.2 Klein 9B FP8 model downloaded
• LoRA model ready
Problem:
ComfyUI workflow still says a model is missing even though the files are downloaded and placed in the models folders.
What I need:
• Check the folder paths used by Stability Matrix
• Place models correctly (checkpoints / text_encoders / vae / loras)
• Verify the FLUX workflow loads properly
• Run a test generation to confirm it works
This should be a very quick task for someone familiar with ComfyUI and FLUX models.
I will share screen via Zoom or AnyDesk so you can fix it directly.
