I need a python script to get building data from lat/long

I have a list of addresses with lat/long. I need to use these lat/longs to get building footprint and height from a map API such as openstreetmap.

I need to calculate the area SQM and height of the buildings for each lat/long.

The desired output is a python script or class that receives the latitude and longitude as an input and outputs a data frame with the following columns:

Latitude, longitude, Area SQM, Height
