I need a python script that connects to the IG trading API

As simple as it sounds. I'm in the process of building an automated trading strategy and am fairly new to Python. I need a Python script that connects to the IG trading API, posts 2 separate working orders and then disconnects.

The script should be able to run on both Windows and Mac OS and come with a set of idiot proof instructions on how to modify the parameters within it.

If any more information is required please let me know.
