Description

Experience Level: Intermediate
I need a guy who could write me a script/bot who could scrape all users/members from specific (list) telegram groups/channels.
Then, you can write spintax and bot sends the message for each scraped member individually.
Also, the bot has to work with proxies and many Telegram accounts due to anti-spam filters
