I need a PHP script converting to powershell

I need a PHP script which runs a SQL query and emails the results (using Office 365 email) to various recipients converting to run in Powershell. The output is sales information for sales reps and each rep will receive an email with sales data for each of their customer broken down into months. The query works correctly and I have the code to connect to Office 365. I can provide the existing PHP script which is approximately 300 lines of code.
