Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: I need PHP script which can read and edit few php values of php.ini file as a contact form and save them back to the file.
Example values:
magic_quotes_gpc = Off
magic_quotes_runtime = Off
magic_quotes_sybase = Off
memory_limit = 256M
...and so on
