Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: I have a mysql database and would like to have someone build a very simple and plain PHP REST API with JWT to authenticate the headers. This must connect to my database which will be given to the winning developer.
I do not want a framework involved such as lumen or slim etc. Just raw PHP with working endpoints to log into a database and change user details such as name and/or email and/or password
