I would like this C# program called AIMLBot converted into a .Net Class:

The Class would be sent a text query and URL of an AIML file to process that query then the response from that AIML file would be returned back from the Class as a text string for further processing.
It should essentially involve turning a C# form into a C# cCass.
Prosepctive name of the class is: System.Callback.AIMLBot
