I need a java programer

i have here a project that allows users to create accounts ,change password and in case they forget their password a "forget my password option " the things im gonna need : a website about real madrid the club ,nice design of the main page ,some pictures a video from the last game an and a news window the news window must contain a database with the news and an option for the users to add some new news ,
can you do that ? and how long would it take ? i kindof need it in two days .
